For kitchen & bath remodelers

Remodeling marketing
for a decision two people have to make

Nobody buys a kitchen on the first call. They look for months, show photographs to each other, get three quotes, and choose the company that still felt present in week eight. The system below is built for that — which makes it a proof and follow-up build far more than an ad build.

Free 30-minute look at where your calls come from now. No deck, no retainer talk.

What makes remodeling demand different.

Diagram: inbound calls from many homeowners narrow through the pipeline — new call, contacted, quoted — down to booked jobs.

Four things cost remodelers more signed work than a badly written ad ever will. All four happen after the first conversation.

The looking starts long before the calling

Months of saved photographs happen before anyone contacts a contractor. By the time they call you they have a picture in their head and a number in mind, and the company that shaped either one has an advantage nothing in the quote stage can undo.

Two people, and they disagree

One wants it done, one is worried about the money, and the decision stalls between them. A follow-up built for one buyer who just needs a nudge misses what is actually happening, which is a negotiation you are not in the room for.

The design consultation is the real conversion point

Getting someone into a showroom or a design appointment is the step that decides the job, and it is the step almost nobody measures. Leads and quotes get counted. Appointments set, kept and converted usually do not.

Your best proof is sitting on a phone, unused

You finish rooms people would genuinely stop to look at, and most of it never gets photographed properly, never gets written up as a project, and never gets shown to the one audience most likely to buy — the streets around the house you just finished.

What we run for remodelers.

Weighted toward proof and the long middle of the decision, because that is where this work is won.

Local Services Ads

Worth running where Google carries a matching category in your market, and worth being realistic about: a per-lead price makes sense for a trade this high-ticket only if the intake behind it books design appointments rather than just logging names.

Google Ads

Bought on the specific rooms and scopes you want — full kitchen, primary bath, accessible conversions — rather than on remodeling, which costs most and qualifies least. Budget measured against appointments kept, not forms filled.

  • Room-specific terms
  • Scope qualification
  • Radius targeting
  • Call tracking

Meta Ads

The strongest channel in this trade, because the product is a photograph. Finished rooms shown to the neighbourhoods and the household profiles most likely to buy one, plus patient retargeting across the months while two people make up their minds.

Maps & local SEO

Where the shortlist gets checked. Google Business Profile, review velocity after every completed project, and project pages built around rooms and towns rather than one gallery page with forty photographs on it.

Website development

The portfolio is the sell, so it has to load fast and look like your work. Real projects with scope and budget range stated, financing visible, and a form that books a design appointment rather than requesting a call back.

Mission Control CRM

Every enquiry on one board with its source attached, design appointments tracked as their own stage — set, kept, converted — and a nurture cadence that survives a six-month decision without anyone having to remember it.

How a remodeling build actually runs.

Each step depends on the one before it. Buying leads for a six-month decision with no follow-up behind it is paying for other people's customers.

01

Week 1

We take apart what you run now

Ad accounts, map rankings, site speed, how fast an enquiry gets a human reply, and what happens between a design appointment and a signed contract. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

02

Weeks 2–6

We fix proof and follow-up before the ads

Projects written up properly with rooms, scopes and towns; appointments tracked as a stage of their own; and a nurture cadence long enough to still be there in month six.

03

Week 7

We turn on demand capture

Search and maps live on the rooms and scopes you want, with Meta running your finished work to the neighbourhoods most likely to buy it. Measured on appointments kept, not leads counted.

04

Ongoing

We cut, then scale

Monthly, we look at signed contracts by channel and by room type, pull budget off scopes that enquire but never book, and keep the portfolio growing, because it is the asset that makes everything else cheaper.

Proof, once there is proof.

There are no remodeling case studies to show yet, so this page shows none. What goes here when there are is booked jobs by channel and a company willing to take the call — not a number with no job behind it.

Placeholder — real quote needed

A quote from a remodeling company owner goes here, in their own words. The strongest ones name what changed about running the company rather than quoting a number.

Customer name Company, city

Placeholder — real quote needed

A second quote, ideally about a different kind of job to the first, so the two together show the range of the work rather than repeating one story.

Straight answers.

How long before this produces signed work?

Longer than in the urgent trades, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you the report rather than the jobs.

Appointment volume moves in the first couple of months. Signed contracts follow the length of your own sales cycle — if your average is four months from first contact, the first honest read on paid channels is roughly four months out. Intake and follow-up changes show up sooner because they act on enquiries you are already getting.

Do we need a showroom for this to work?

No, but you need an equivalent: something that turns an enquiry into a scheduled, structured conversation. An in-home design appointment works. A video design call works. What does not work is a quote emailed to somebody who is still deciding what they want.

What about Houzz, Pinterest and the directories?

They matter as proof, and we will make sure your work is presented properly where your buyers look. We would not build a strategy on a platform that owns the relationship and can change the terms, which is the same reason we will not plug you into a shared lead marketplace.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. Everything we run produces enquiries that come to you and only you, on numbers you own.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same market. One company per trade per market, because we would otherwise be bidding against ourselves on the same keywords with your money.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are created under your business, we are granted access, and if we part ways that access is removed and everything stays where it is — history, tracking numbers and all.

More jobs. More revenue.

We'll audit what you have, or what you don't, and give you actionable insights you can use, whether you hire us or not.
