For pressure washing companies

Pressure washing marketing
where the drive time eats the margin

This is the one trade on the list where more leads can genuinely make you less money. A full calendar spread across forty miles loses to a half-full one on four streets. So the question is not how many jobs — it is where they are, and whether the neighbours booked too.

Free 30-minute look at where your calls come from now. No deck, no retainer talk.

What makes exterior cleaning demand different.

Diagram: inbound calls from many homeowners narrow through the pipeline — new call, contacted, quoted — down to booked jobs.

Four things cost exterior cleaning companies more profit than a badly written ad ever will. Only one of them is about getting more calls.

A scattered calendar is a losing one

On a ticket this size the drive between jobs is a real share of the day. Two houses on one street and two across the county are the same revenue and nothing like the same profit, and almost nobody's marketing is pointed at the difference.

The whole year lives in a few months

Spring and the run-up to holidays carry it, and the rest is thin. A campaign that spends evenly across twelve months is overpaying in the quiet half and under-booked in the half that matters.

Everyone with a trailer is in the auction

The barrier to entry is a pressure washer and a truck, which means the search auction is crowded with operators who will do it for less and will not be there next year. Competing on price against that is a losing game; being the company with two hundred reviews and a map presence is not.

Last year's customers are the cheapest jobs you can book

The work needs doing again on a predictable cycle, the customer already trusts you, and the address is already on a route you drive. Most companies in this trade never contact that list, and buy a stranger instead.

What we run for exterior cleaning.

Weighted toward density and repeat work rather than raw volume, because that is where the margin in this trade actually is.

Local Services Ads

Where Google runs the category for exterior cleaning in your market, it is the slot above everything else and it is priced per lead. Worth having, worth watching closely: at this ticket size a lead price that drifts can take the job's margin with it.

  • LSA
  • Google Guaranteed
  • Lead price watch
  • Dispute recovery

Google Ads

Tight radius by design rather than by accident, bid up on the areas you can route efficiently and off entirely where the drive kills it. House, roof, driveway and deck split apart, because they are different jobs at different prices.

  • Tight radius
  • Route-led bidding
  • Service splits
  • Seasonal pacing

Meta Ads

The strongest channel in this trade, because the work is visual and the buying is impulsive. Before-and-after from a job shown to the streets around it while the van is still in the area, plus seasonal offers before each wave rather than during it.

  • Before-and-after
  • Street-level targeting
  • Seasonal offers
  • Retargeting

Maps & local SEO

What separates you from the trailer that appeared last month. Google Business Profile, review velocity after every job, and a page per town you actually route to — not a service area drawn as a fifty-mile circle.

  • Google Business Profile
  • Review requests
  • Service areas
  • Schema

Website development

Fast on a phone, with the gallery doing the selling and pricing clear enough that a homeowner can self-qualify. A booking form that asks for four things, because at this ticket nobody wants a consultation.

  • Project gallery
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Instant quote
  • Tap-to-call

Mission Control CRM

Every call, form and text in one pipeline with its source and its address attached, so you can see which streets paid. Completed jobs come back round on a cycle instead of being forgotten, which is the cheapest booking you will ever make.

  • Pipelines
  • Attribution by area
  • Repeat cycles
  • Scheduling handoff

How an exterior cleaning build actually runs.

Each step depends on the one before it. Buying more calls before the routing and the repeat list exist is how a busy season ends with no money in it.

01

Week 1

We take apart what you run now

Ad accounts, map rankings, site speed, how fast a quote request gets answered, and where last season's jobs actually were on a map. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

02

Weeks 2–4

We fix intake and the repeat list

Tracking numbers per channel, missed-call text-back live, a quote form that can be answered in minutes rather than days, and every past customer loaded with the date their work is due again.

03

Before the season turns

We turn on demand capture

Search and maps live on the areas you can route profitably, with Meta running completed work to the streets around it. Timed to land before the wave rather than halfway through it.

04

Ongoing

We cut, then scale

Monthly, we look at booked jobs by area as well as by channel, pull spend off the places where the drive eats the ticket, and put the quiet months on the customers you already have.

Proof, once there is proof.

There are no exterior cleaning case studies to show yet, so this page shows none. What goes here when there are is booked jobs by channel and a company willing to take the call — not a number with no job behind it.

A quote from an exterior cleaning company owner goes here, in their own words. The strongest ones name what changed about running the company rather than quoting a number.

A second quote, ideally about a different kind of job to the first, so the two together show the range of the work rather than repeating one story.

Straight answers.

Can you just get us more leads?

We can, and in this trade that is not always the right ask. At this ticket size a calendar full of scattered jobs can be worth less than a half-full tight one, so volume on its own is not the win.

What we build is volume inside the areas you can route profitably, plus the repeat work that costs nothing to book. If you genuinely have capacity and tight geography, the volume comes.

What do we do in the off season?

Spend less, and spend it differently. Search demand collapses when nothing is green or dirty enough to bother anyone, so the money moves to booking next season early, holiday-adjacent work where it applies, and contacting the customers whose last clean is coming up for renewal.

Paying full search rates into a dead season is the most common way money leaks out of this trade.

Do you handle commercial contracts too?

Those are a different build. Commercial and property management work comes from relationships, bids and renewals rather than from consumer search, and a paid campaign does very little for it. We will set up the parts that help — findability, proof, a site that stands up to a procurement look — and tell you straight that the rest is sales, not marketing.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. Everything we run produces calls that come to you and only you, on numbers you own.

The exception is Google's Local Services Ads, where Google itself may send one homeowner to several businesses. That is Google's product rather than a lead vendor, and it is exactly why speed to first contact gets built before LSA is switched on.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same market. One company per trade per market, because we would otherwise be bidding against ourselves on the same keywords with your money.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are created under your business, we are granted access, and if we part ways that access is removed and everything stays where it is — history, tracking numbers and all.

More jobs. More revenue.

We'll audit what you have, or what you don't, and give you actionable insights you can use, whether you hire us or not.

  • A strategist runs the call, not a salesperson reading a script.
  • If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
