For roofing contractors

Roofing marketing
for the week after the storm

Roofing demand does not arrive evenly. It arrives in a few days, three counties at a time, with every out-of-state crew in the region buying the same searches you are. The system below is built for that — and the part that fixes your phone is built before any of the ads.

Free 30-minute look at where your calls come from now. No deck, no retainer talk.

What makes roofing demand different.

Diagram: inbound calls from many homeowners narrow through the pipeline — new call, contacted, quoted — down to booked jobs.

Four things cost roofing companies more signed contracts than a badly written ad ever will. All four are about what happens between the hail and the contract.

The storm is a one-week auction

The calls land in days, not months, and every truck with a magnet on the door is bidding on the same keywords in the same ZIPs. A campaign that has to be built after the weather has already lost the week. The accounts, the geo targets and the budget rules exist beforehand, or they do not exist.

Inspections booked, contracts not signed

Free inspection is the easiest offer in the trade and the easiest to waste. A homeowner books three of them, two companies turn up, one follows through. The gap between inspections run and contracts signed is almost always a follow-up problem, not a sales problem — and nobody is counting it.

The claim decides the timeline, not you

Adjuster visits, supplements, mortgage company checks. The job is real but the decision sits for weeks in somebody else's queue, and a lead that goes quiet during that stretch looks identical to a lead that went to a competitor.

Nobody can tell you which ZIP paid for itself

Storm work makes the whole year look good and hides which areas, which channels and which crews actually produced margin. The report shows cost per lead across a three-county blur. It cannot tell you where to buy next time.

What we run for roofers.

Built to be standing before the weather, not assembled after it. Intake first, then the channels that feed it.

Local Services Ads

The Google Guaranteed slot sits above everything else, and in a storm week it is where a homeowner with water coming in taps first. Priced per lead, so the speed you answer with is the whole game.

  • LSA
  • Google Guaranteed
  • Badge setup
  • Dispute recovery

Google Ads

Campaigns built and paused rather than built on demand, with ZIP-level geo layers ready to switch on the day a storm track is known. Emergency repair kept separate from full replacement — the two convert on completely different timescales.

Meta Ads

Roofing is the trade where the work is visible from the street, and that is an advantage nowhere else gets. Finished jobs shown to the streets around them, plus retargeting for everyone who booked an inspection and then went quiet while the claim sat.

  • Claim-stage retargeting

Maps & local SEO

What carries the quiet months between events. Google Business Profile, review velocity after every completed roof, and a page per town rather than one page claiming a three-county radius.

Website development

Fast on a phone in a driveway with a tarp on the roof. Tap-to-call above the fold, a booking form that asks for four things, and completed work that looks like your work rather than stock photography.

Mission Control CRM

Every call, form and text in one pipeline with the ZIP and the campaign attached. Inspections sit on the board with an age on them, so the gap between inspected and signed stops being invisible.

How a roofing build actually runs.

Each step depends on the one before it. Switching on storm campaigns into intake that cannot answer a Saturday call is the fastest way to fund your competitors' week.

01

Week 1

We take apart what you run now

Ad accounts, map rankings, site speed, who answers on a Saturday in hail season, and what happens to an inspection after the ladder comes down. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

02

Weeks 2–4

We fix intake before the ads

Tracking numbers per channel, missed-call text-back live, the booking form cut down, and inspection-to-contract follow-up sequenced so a claim sitting with an adjuster is not the same as a lead going cold.

03

Before the season, not during it

We build the storm campaigns dark

Accounts, ad groups, creative and ZIP-level geo layers built and paused ahead of the weather, with budget rules that can take a county live the same day instead of three days later.

04

Ongoing

We cut, then scale

Monthly, we look at signed contracts by ZIP and channel rather than calls, and put the quiet months on maps, review velocity and the neighbourhoods around the roofs you already finished.

Proof, once there is proof.

There are no roofing case studies to show yet, so this page shows none. What goes here when there are is booked jobs by channel and a company willing to take the call — not a number with no job behind it.

A quote from a roofing company owner goes here, in their own words. The strongest ones name what changed about running the company rather than quoting a number.

Straight answers.

Do you do storm chasing?

Not in the sense the phrase usually means. We do not build you a campaign to follow hail across state lines into markets where you have no reviews, no map presence and no reason for a homeowner to trust you.

What we do build is the ability to go live fast in the territory you already serve: accounts standing, geo layers ready, budget rules that lift the day a track is known rather than the week after.

Can you handle insurance claim work?

We handle the marketing and the intake around it, not the claim itself. What matters on our side is that a lead sitting with an adjuster is tracked as exactly that — open, aged, waiting on somebody else — rather than quietly ageing into a loss nobody counted.

What happens to spend between storms?

It moves rather than stops. Repair and maintenance searches continue all year, the map pack keeps producing non-urgent work, and the streets around every roof you just finished are the cheapest audience you will ever buy.

A roofing account that only exists during events never builds the ranking or the review velocity that makes the next event cheaper.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. Everything we run produces calls that come to you and only you, on numbers you own.

The exception is Google's Local Services Ads, where Google itself may send one homeowner to several businesses. That is Google's product rather than a lead vendor, and it is exactly why speed to first contact gets built before LSA is switched on.

What size roofing company is this for?

It works best when you can run several crews and absorb a storm week without the schedule collapsing. Below that, more calls during an event make the problem worse rather than better, and we will say so on the call.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same market. One roofing company per market, because we would otherwise be bidding against ourselves on the same keywords in the same ZIPs with your money.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are created under your business, we are granted access, and if we part ways that access is removed and everything stays where it is — history, tracking numbers and all.

More jobs. More revenue.

We'll audit what you have, or what you don't, and give you actionable insights you can use, whether you hire us or not.
